In case of any reason if you were not completely satisfied with your purchase of any K7 Software’s, You may send us your refund request to esales@k7computing.com within 30 days from the date of purchase with the below details.

 

a) Name, e-mail address, Phone number and company under which the purchase was made
b) Date of purchase
c) Order-confirmation number or order confirmation e-mail which you received from K7 Computing
d) Specific reason for requesting refund

 

Upon receipt of above information we will evaluate and process refund by deducting the transaction fee from the original invoice value.

 

Refund apply only with below conditions

 

– Eligible if you purchased only on K7computing.com website
– Eligible only if you request money back within 30 days from the date of purchase
– Eligible only if the product is defective, not functioning, not compatible with the computer hardware or the operating system
– Eligible only if we could not able to fulfill or satisfy your reason behind money back request
