If a K7 product installed on your computer displays the error "Activation error - The maximum number of system that can be activated with this multi user serial number" , then in order to resolve the problem, perform the following actions

  1. Click on the link "Click here to deactivate your unused installation" in the windows which shows activation failed.
  2. K7 account page will open.
  3. Select the user to be deactivated and click on deactivate option-Close the browser.
  4. Then try to activate the product

  2. Click on “File” and unselect the work offline option.

    2. Then try for activation.

If a K7 product installed on your computer displays the error "Activation error - A critical error has been occurred while trying to activate the product. Type of error: Internet error (87)" , then in order to resolve the problem, perform the following actions

  1. Open K7 Main Console> Click on Update
  2. Click on Configure Update
  3. Select Access internet through proxy server and updating through local K7 update server
  4. Remove the unwanted entries in those blocks
  5. Then Unselect Access internet through proxy server and updating through local K7 Update server, then click on ok
  6. Try Again to activate the product

  1. Check for Active internet connection.

  4. If Internet download manager is installed follow the below solution “Open IDM->Click on Options->Uncheck browser integration”
  5. Then try to activate

  1. Activate the product without internet
  2. You will receive an error “Activation failed : Internet connection not present”
  3. Click on the link Click here to activate offline
  4. Please make a note of the System ID displayed on the activation screen.
  5. Using a system that has an internet connection, go to the below K7 Offline Activation page and enter your Product Key and the System ID and click Submit. www.k7computing.com/offlineactivation
  6. A product Activation code will be displayed on the screen.
  7. Make a note of this code and enter the same on the Offline Activation screen by choosing the option I have the Activation code obtained from the website.
